Anyone here go?

It was my first time going and it was fun, but unorganized. I was surprised Ferry Corsten was playing early. For some reason no one there had a schedule list.

I went, wasn’t impressed at all though, only set besides infected mushroom's that i liked was John 00 Flemmings.

Ferry came in just way too late and his set wasn’t that big.

Btw, depending on what time you came in, you should have gotten a line-up schedule @ the front gate.

Yeah I went with Fusic...overall I thought it was cool experience too. The event itself was massive and the chicks there w00000000h but the dj sets yeah i would have to agree with Fusic. Fleming and Lawrence rocked (i mean tranced) and sound system and lights awesome as well. And infected mushroom wowwwwwww honestly was never a huge fan of theirs in past, but after yesterday, i guess they sound much better live than on a cd or vinyl. haha anyone recall from last night what happened with infected mushroom? they went like 5 minutes overtime then they were supposed to since fans kept encoring them to stay, and then this security guard was getting mad as hell! lol it was funny seeing him on side of stage tryin to convince them to get off haha

Haha, Sure do. I think that was the funniest moment at the event!

(The Guy in the middle is the security guard that was trying to get them off the stage)

lol knew the edc schedule would be a massive clusterfuck will someone please do it right and put all the pop-fluffy stuff in the front and the hard psy-goa at the end????? i don't understand the difficulty behind this concept... i'm sure sandra, g&d and ferry didn't appreciate getting shown up by the harder djs' energy level any more than the harder djs having to tone their sets down for the lighter ones. i heard it was an issue with booking agents, but even these guys, ESPECIALLY these guys should know better... if it went sandra -> g&d -> ferry -> c law -> j00f -> infected mushroom, probably all the djs would have sounded good and that flow just makes so much more sense!

There was some tension between Sandra and J00F, as Sandra was being a TOTAL DIVA! She was so rude, she just walked on stage in front of John (a half an hour late I might add) and was just trying to be the center of attention, John's face changed and you could see that he was VERY upset. Sandra gave him a dirty look as John mixed into Xerox and Illumination - Battleship (Thanks John ) to which John gave her an F YOU smile with two thumbs up PRICELESS!!!!!

the order of the lineup sucked ass.

in my opinion this is how i rank the dj's last night:

1. Christopher Lawrence
2. J00F
3. Ferry
4. Infected Mushroom
5. G&D
6. Sandra Collins

Thats all I saw really...I went out to see a lil bit of Mark Farina. I liked the bit that I heard.

I had a pretty good time despite being exhausted from a long week of little sleep. My friend and I got SUPER faded before going into EDC. We killed a bottle of Bacardi limon. But by the time the sun went down, we were already sobered up. Haha. It was cool kickin it with Electrophile, Rocky, Wally, SCG, Neinerlove, Gypsygirl. I got to meet Gordy and saw Robert Stern for a few seconds. I think thats all the TA's I ran into.

I thought the house lineup was weak. Seems like the same people year in and year out.

The bartenders hooked me up with some ridiculous strong drinks. I tipped them well right off the bat and after then they were generous with me.

I was upset with all the parents that took their little kids with them to this event. Kids do not belong in this environment. Not with everyone openly doing drugs and shit.

It was mad crazy packed near the front of the trance stage. Had there been more room I would have danced. But with my tired legs I was satisfied with just chillin and taking in the beats. There was nothing really throughout the night that blew my mind. I was talking to some peeps and I am thinking this may be my last rave. I dont know. Also with trance...I am just not feeling it as much as I used to. Just like Faded, I may be moving on. We'll see. I know we still got our savior Sander Van Doorn. He is keeping my trance interest alive.

I was originally going to crash with Electrophile after EDC, but he had gone home like an hour before EDC ended. My friend and I decided to just drive back to Santa Barbara. Oh man was that a rough drive. Good thing I was sober but I still kept nodding off at the wheel. I think the lights from the other cars makes me drowsy. I don't know whats up with that.

Overall, it was cool to get away from Santa Barbara for the day/night. It was cool seeing some old friends....Ania aka Sooshimonster. Haven't seen her since one of the last Heaven's I've gone to. I texted some of my 'dark side' peeps and let them know I wish I had been at the Sasha event. After reading the reviews from that event I don't think I missed much. Word. Electrophile in '06.
