That's right! Evolution FM is teaming up with another record label, Fuller-Essex, to bring everyone a NEW REMIX CONTEST! This is open to the general public, so don't hold back!
We will be receiving the vocal tracks of one very foxy, very fine, brand new female trance vocalist Lisa Mac! Lisa Mac is a classicly trained singer that is going to be rocking the trance world with her incredible voice and you can all be a part of it. The official rules will be posted on our site a little later today, along with some more info about Lisa Mac. We are hoping to get this thing rocking tomorrow but I am still waiting to receive the vocal samples from Fuller-Essex right now. So come on over producers and DJ's alike! The winners are going to have their remixes released on the upcoming vinyl for DJ's all around the world to spin!
Visit our site at: Evolutionfm.org in about 10 hours and the info will be posted! Good luck to everybody and let's make some MUSIC!!!!!!

you can do it yourself.
just go to the first post (yours) click edit below it and then by the top left it should have a check box "delete?" check this then go to top right and hit the delete button.

I have to sign up at another forums? to find out the info?
No, you won't have to register. I didn't have a chance to get the page up last night and we are still awaiting the arrival of the vocal tracks. I am going post the page in just a few hours and then you will have all the info. Sorry about the confusion!

I have a question:
quote:
• Entrants must provide a .wav and web friendly format of their entry(.mp3, .wma, .ram, etc.).
Does that mean, that i have to provide both, when submitting my remix?
Or first the web friendly one (so that you can listen to it) and maybe afterwards the wave?
Anyways: I'll wait for the vocals first and will then decide, if I'll participate

Nik, I will be happy to get that clarified for you! From the way it read though I would assume you need to submit both formats. The winners are going to have their remixes pressed to vinyl so they probably need a web friendly version to help promote the singles and the wav to use fo rthe vinyl pressing.

That's not a very long time we get. Ah, well. I'll see what I can do ;D
You don't get paid, if that's what you mean. Winners will have their remixes released by the record label Fuller-Essex. Personally I would be honored to win and then have my remix released by a label and my remix pressed to vinyl. But then again that's just me.....
We'll see about a prize.......
