Why wouldn't you think they'd go through this? I'm waiting for the same thing to happen at Pacha, to be honest (hopefully not when I'm there tonight). These places that open up for hip hop nights ask for it. Guns are a part of the hip-hop culture, just listen to lyrics. That's why places that only cater to that crowd have strict searches, at the least, if not metal detectors.
We met up with some of Christina's friends at Jay-Z's sports bar, 40/40, and I was surprised to get searched there, since it's not a club but a sports bar, but on second thought, it made complete sense.

)? How's security? Lately, I've been getting searched pretty thoroughly on Fridays and Saturdays, even the pocketwatch pocket, so how does someone sneak in a gun? I know they start at like 5 PM for afterwork, so I'm wondering if it's because of lax security early on in the night when they don't expect problems.
