thought i'd vent a little here:

so i went to movies last night. two people were TALKING ON THEIR PHONE. phone ringing accidently, ok, i can excuse that, but TALKING?! like having a full conversation with someone. what the hell. hey you know what, i'm in a room with nobody talking trying to pay attention to something, so i think its the perfect moment to talk to my friend who just called me to say "you can't believe what happened to me." bitch, i don't care what the hell your friend has to say. turn your bloody phone off, and watch the movie. or LEAVE! the girl next to me received three phone calls. i was just getting ready to go apeshit on her ass during her third one, and then she hung up. and then she and her friend left. hour and 30 minutes through the movie. yea, well done girl. 8 dollars for the movie, that you don't even spend watching because you're talking to your plans for afterwards.
and the worst is she was trying to whisper.
"i'm at the movies."
other person on the phone, i'm assuming he said, "what?"
"i'm at the movies."
"where?"
"the movies!"
really?!?! i wouldn't have thought that with the lights off, big seats, the smell of popcorn, and A HUGE SCREEN IN FRONT OF EVERYONE WITH A MOVIE SHOWING AND BIG SPEAKERS PLAYING THE SOUND FROM THE MOVIE. it's only natural for people to want to talk to others on the phone in that situation. i can totally understand it. i would have caught up with a few friends, if only I DIDN'T FUCKING TURN MY PHONE OFF.

damn were was this at? The movies by my house Majic Johnson is so ghetto all the time with little 16 years olds. I never go there any more but when I have I almost end up fighting those kids. The Last Experience was horrible....like I sat down and the little Kid is like they are taken so then I move to the one next to it, and hes like its taken. So then I told the brat You know what I see no one sitting here So Im staying here ok! Then these kids were on the phone through the Movies....And giggling.....pissed me Off I was like EXUCUSE ME we are trying to watch a DAMN movie here!!!!! I think the movie was black noise..anyways bad experience the kids stopped talking but still ruined the movie for me!

the AMC 30 on dunvale and westheimer. i normally go to the edwards 24, never had a problem there, but friend i was going with lived closer to that one.

Fkn hate little kids at the theatre... ugh!! But that's what happens when you go to see shit movies like White Noise

that's one of the reasons i stopped going to theaters in the first place, that and i can just d/l anyways...
plus most movies suck, and i would usually want my money back, now i can just delete.


edwards theaters are usually ok, not that many ghetto people there.
i recommend the one on weslayan and 59.

yea, that's true; i don't go to that many movies either, but i just like the movie experience, so i'll go to movies that have real good ratings on rottentomatoes, or movies that i've been waiting for.

and i live about two blocks from the one on weslayan and 59, so that's definitely the most convenient one.
