Jazzy - thats a TERRIBLE diet for pre-clubbing. Absolutely terrible.
You're going to need a high amount of carbohydrates, as well as a decent amount of protein. I usually bring in 2 protein bars (high calorie ones) for the rave - you're entering into a catabolic state, hence you need to replenish your body. If those aren't available to you (Ie: you don't want to do it right), then get some gatorade, or at least some calorie filled drink.
