hey guys, one of my friends asked me to make a mix of some older songs... i don't really have a decent-sized collection of older stuff so i worked as best as i could with what i have.

LOL especially when your downloading to a work computer
LOVE the old school music. I swear some of the best music in majority of genres came from the 90's!
Sick mix

It's ok. The effort you put into mixing these sets are very mediocre. Throughout my experience listening to countless classics mixes I have to say I've heard better which is why I give this a 7/10. For example this one. Now that's one mix compilation which is put together very well. All in all, hopefully no hard feelings and I wish you nothing but the best.

Hey steve, thanks for the comments.. I totally understand what you are talking about and you weren't being harsh at all. I made these with Mixmeister and I wouldn't consider myself the champion of that program lol... I know some people laugh at people using mixmeister but whatever, I'm just using it for the time being... I think I've got the beatmatching and stuff down, its just the EQing that I need to work with..if there's any mixmeister gurus in here any help would be appreciated so I could improve on the mixing
In the future, I plan on getting some CD turntables by winter. (If I got them now I wouldn't get any college work done lol) I'll also be sure to check out that mix from the link you posted... tracklisting looks sweet!
And justin, the links should be working right now, I just checked them and they were working. I think the server was temporarily down for the day.

What a coincedence! I used to use mixmeister years ago. It's a fun program and easy to experiment with. I'm still on software though.
