the homelands one sounds alot like matt dareys mix of blockster grooveline

the other one from 1997 sounds like it might be by ferry corsten

i don't know them unfortunately but i'm 99% sure the second tune isn't a Ferry creation

the from 1997 ???

i kinda thought it sounded a bit like mind to mind or the original mix of dont be afraid
