Seb Gabriel - Lunar Park (Original Mix) [FULL 320kb] [Tech-House/Minimal]

Came back from a 1 month trip to Poland on Monday and really didn't have much time to work on music as I would have desired since there was always something to get done with the family and my friends. So we had a 8 Hour flight back to the U.S and thought I'd get something done on the flight back.

It was a night flight so the moon and stars with fully visible and I was sort of in a sleepy and meditative state when this was in the works and spent most of the flight staring out the passenger seat window which gives the title.

I was hesitant if I should post this track because I tend to usually dislike tracks I make. I don't know the formula or the approach I took at the time to make this track because in my opinion it combines several genres instead of just one so I'm not too sure about the genres I listed in the thread title. If I were to fully express the selections it would contain many influences from lounge, house, minimal, tech-house and chillout. Better yet, take a listen and tell me what you think.

Enjoy.

Not bad man, all those little sounds are pretty cool. The kick is a good kick also, it pulls the track together well. Your high end may be a bit harsh, something that a good mastering job can easily fix though.

GOOD TRACK...

Thanks for taking the time to listen Frost-RAVEN,

I agree with you on what you posted, I too thought the high end would be a bit harsh and wanted to see what others would think. So I'm glad that you brought that up

Thanks a bunch bro.

Cheers

The track is ok.

I like the style eventhough I am not into this type of genre.
I like all the fx and crazy sounds there.
Sometimes I hear some monotony, too much of the same sound looping over and over but I guess that it is something of the same type of music.

Cannot give feedback about quality cuz I am at work , maybe this evening I can come up with some good feedback about sound quality.

BY now I can say is ok, maybe someone else that knows the gener a little bit more can be of more help.

Anyway good luck with the track m8,

Peace...

i like the chords alot on this one. very deep-housey. bass is good. cut that high end out man... hurts to listen to this on headphones! breakdown could use some work.. automation on the chords and perhaps another layer added during the breakdwon to bring it back for when the beat drops. what program did you use cuz this sure doesnt sound like Reason.

Haha, thank you for the comments, I will definately work on the high end, kinda whipped up the mastering on this one and it wasn't actually mastered at all just a tad bit of master compression and thats it. And the only program I ever use is FL Studio and some Cubase. Logic when on the Mac.
