About once every month or so usually... I normally clear out about 20-30 CDs I'm not playing anymore each time and it takes about that long for me to run out of room again!

And yeah, some of the stuff I burn never gets played but most of it does.

At the moment my "demoted" CDs are just put on spindles and stored away in a dark corner of my room, although the plan is to start putting them in CD wallets at some point...

But that'll mean buying a 4th one! Maybe a 5th and a 6th too haha

I have two cases. One with stuff I know i'll play, the other stuff is older releases that I wont play, usually uplifting...epic trance stuff. The newer stuff is progressive house/trance and breaks music with some vocal house, electro house and chill music mixed in. I clean it out once one gets too full, and I put it in the not so good looking case with the older releases. The case with stuff I play is a nice leather one...holds about 209. Oh and I haven't put anything in the nice leather case, because I have another leather case I was going to use for my regular, non mixing CDs but the thing to zip it up with broke off...kinda flimsy for a nice case. Holds about 90..

Yep I too have a "cull" every now & again

Like Stu I keep the CDR spindles for storing all the old tat I never use (damn those 30 second online samples ). From time to time when I'm bored I sometimes go back through the spindles of junk tracks then wonder how I managed to think such a great track was crap
