well i am happy to be eating one of my favorite vegetables once again. has anyone started eating spinach again? even when that ecoli problem was out, i was still going to buy it, but i didn't. funny thing is i got a bag about 2 days i found out about the e-coli problem. obviously i didn't get sick. and canned spinach doesnot suffice!! mmm...spinach.
i'm sorry if you think this thread is full of cheese. i've been drinking some jim beam and i figured spinach needs to be appreciated.
what food could you not do without?

today i went to atlanta bread and company with my parents for breakfast... i get there and order a florentine omelet..
and they go "we dont have spinach.." i was like " " so i got the spanish omelet.. thinking it was from spain with sauseg and good cheese and what not..
ended up being spanish as in latin america spanish... which was just tomatoes and onions inside.. i was pissed!

I cant live without that stuff either. And Im not saying you, but there are so many people out there that have no idea that there are veggies out there with a high source of protein.
