Could anyone explain to me what ISO files are...
how can you use them??

ISO files are images of CDs.
Kinda like using CDClone and copying the exact CD.
You pretty much have to burn the "image" of the ISO onto CD. If you use Nero, CDRWin, or Fireburner just select Burn Image and select your ISO file.
You could always use ISOBuster and run the program from you HDD. You might have preblems with it requesting a CD though. If you need ISOBuster let me know, I'll send you it.

A kick ass program for Extracting ISO's is ISOBuster Its just like as if your extracting a Zip file. Great product.

I don't know if I'm allowed to say this but, the CD requesting thing is not a problem at all! You can find "NO-CD" "fixes" on the 'Net (I'm, not telling you where because I KNOW I'll get banned from here for doing that but, if you NEED them, you'd be smart enough to know where to find them yourself).
