How Bolier & Coenraad Steal A Melody!

I will not say too much words. But I think that world trance community have to know their heroes!
I think a lot of us listen to ASOT with Armin van Buuren. In episode 272 Armin presented new track of new collab of Cliff Coenraad and very known Leon Bolier. The track is called "The Mighty Ducks" and Armin wrote that it's signed to Intuition Recordings in a tracklist.

Now let us see the other side of the question. In november 2005 I wrote a mellow for my new track "Irony", a month later I produced whole track and in 14 december 2005 I sent a promo to some big labels, including United Recordings and Fundamental Recordings, the head labels for Intuition.
The track was not signed in 2005 because of not good sound and mixing (it was my basic experience in producing). In 2006 soon I had to sign it in reworked version. But this week we found new track from Leon Bolier in ASOT!

Let us listen to the parts of both tracks.

Paul Vinitsky Original - here
Bolier & Coenraad - here

If Intuition will release "The Mighty Ducks" I'm ready to initiate a judgement process because I have foundations to prove that this track was written by myself in 2005.

So dear friends please be very accurate with sending your promos. In a year it can appear in abit modified form with the big variety that new artists will don't even change a sound.

** that means that u havent signed it yet? (but were going to?)...hmm.. then u dont have that much case in a court im afraid.. unfortunately If something isnt official signed to any labels or websites with copyrights, people have the right to do whatever they want..

BUT, if this is a rip-off (which it surely sounds like: the patch is the same aswell as most of the melody), it truly sucks and is not fair to anyone..

Hope u sort out this between u guys in a good way.

1. The melody is not the same. The sound seems the same but that can happen when presets are used.
2. I've heard such melodies from Leon for 3 years now, he has made more of such breaks. I know him in real life, he's a nice guy who doesn't copy melodies from others.
3. Good luck with your judgement process... Even if an artist like scooter copies a melody for about 95% you can't get it right in court. And in this case the melody is totally different.

So I guess you have to try to get your track signed...
