Nothing wrong with FLoops.
Excellent for learning on. Great value for money and doesn't need to be replaced as it's good enough to be used on a pro level when you get there.
Just remember that you are not going to get that sound for a good few years.
With any of the tools out there you will find that there is a considerable learning curve. Just make sure you read up on your production techniques. Computer Music is a good starting point. Also good as they give away a lot of free music software.
