Hey need some recommendations...
Hey I was wondering if anyone could give me some recommendations on computer programs I could use to make music with. I've heard of and kind of played with Reason, FruityLoops, etc. I have absolutely no music background, but like ALL of you I absolutely LOVE trance...although my favorite is uplifting/epic/ambient trance I like ALL trance and electronic music in general...Also if any of you know of some links where I could actually learn to use those programs that would be great...any other information on this topic is also greatly appreciated...thanks!

P.S. - also any DJ and Song recommendations to download? I am into the DJ styles of: BT, Paul Van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Mauro Picotto, Johan Gielen...but I like any DJ that makes good QUALITY trance not the copy-a-thon thrown around a lot of parties/raves in California (USA)...once again thanks for your help.

i say stick with fruityloops or reason and just read the manual.. i never wanted to do it,but its amazing how much difference it makes, and son enough youll be able to put into sound whatveer you think.
Trying to Make your own tune is very very hard, it took me 6 months to make Mission Control - Fallen Angel, which i have released on Bootleg . I made it using a combination , of EJAY , and a few other tools , then i made another remix , a lot of the professional producers have v v expensive equipment.

Just look on the Internet for FruityLoops or Reason...you can find the demo versions of both or if you look hard enough you can find the full versions too...
-=K|p|H=-...Nice picture icon...I have the same one on my hard drive "Techno Inside - Techno Processor" BTW, how do you put one of those pictures under your name?
