-I've heard of people "pretending to smoke". Not lighting the cigarette but holding it and/or putting it to your mouth as if you were going to smoke it.
-Gum
-Drink a glass of iced water and eat the ice cubs afterwards. Eating ice cubs cuts cravings for anything.
