it really didn't seem like that at the party.

looking down at the crown, most had shirts on. the muscle guys and their girls just always scope out cameras, that's why it seems that way.

and the half-naked girls is the norm at these parties, check out bal en blanc.

Must have been the area the photographer was in.

There was VERY few shirtless people (a few pockets of 15 to 20 here and there, but other than that, no).
