They're gonna be mailed between 1/14 and 1/17. I'd wait until the 18th before sending out a complaint (BTW I haven't got my credits yet either, but it's still only the 15th).

How come beatport has all off a sudden declined my credit card? I bought tracks last week now it says my cc has declined. man shit..i cant get tracks now. its def not my cc either since i bought a dvd earlier..i emailed support 2 days ago..no response yet

as you can see i had the same problem. i emailed them and it took 2 days for them to resend the same email they had sent about checking your info and see if it was correct. anyhow i sent them another email..... hopefully ill get an answer soon.

ps. i havent gotten my free credits yet either :/ hopefully today or tomorrow

Also I see you have until Feb 14th till they expire. Also it says you have to had purchased since I believe Aug 7, 06 or same as when beatport 3.0 launched or sumthin.
