I first thought it was basement jaxx where your head at, but it is similar to how the video was made. it only has beat and no vocals but it has a puppet doing random things and i remember particularly him using the phone in the video.

errr.. i know vague description, but how many dance videos are there with puppets?! THANK YOU FOR ALL FEEDBACK
