Review: Steve "Roll 'em out" Porter
This years Steve Porter party at This is London was just like last years...
Started out nearly empty then filled up slightly just in time for his set. Why this guy isn't a bigger draw here in Toronto is beyond me, since his sets at kool haus, then gallery at last years Ultra Spin he has consistently rocked every time he's been here.
There was a noticable pickup his first tune, and a noticable drop off the first one after he left. Not saying that either the people before or after him were bad, but he has done a really good job of making a style that is his and stands out really well.
Relentless would be the appropriate word to describe it.
