My husband works as an EMT and because of that I sometimes get nifty toys. One of my favorites are these super-durable OTTO headphones they use, which due to the nature of what’s being transmitted over them are also totally foolproof and have excellent audio quality. I found out from my husband that they are now making these for consumers: http://www.hearotto.com/About.aspx I am an audiophile and DJ and have experienced lots of headphones, but even the Sennheisers I used when I worked as an audio engineer don’t match up to what’s available in the “emergency industry”. Check 'em out if you don't know them.

lol I guess "durable" is a better word. I am a fool and like to step on things and break them. I mean, I don't like doing this, but still seem to manage. Otto headset is still working out pretty well for me.

Everyone knows that the best place to put your loved and expensive headphones is on the floor.
No pictures, no specs, no background, no user comments. Pretty weak. But they're good because you don't break them when stepping of them. rrrrrrrrrright.
