Im following that case. Some of the students are apparently going to testify that the teacher was browsing adult novelty sites before class. If their testimony is allowed, the teacher could be under the gun again. Of course, a good defense attorney should be able to cast doubt on a kid that hates their teacher and makes shit up to get them in trouble

I'm a tech guy for a school and it shocked me to know how much danger i could be in. Btw, I've had kids start false rumors about me, everything from being gay (because I'm not married) to sleeping with a female student (because I took a picture of her as part of my job for documentation). They use any opportunity to put you on the defense or to get back at you. Something like having a kid come up and hug you can lead to being accused of inappropriately touching. I'm getting a real education on what it's like working with kids. Its not to say the guy in this case is innocent.
