amazing performance. the place was more packed than the last love lee party, which was an unexpected surprise. i think they played for just over 2 hours, sampling loops from their productions throughout the set. towards the end they really banged it out with some crazy ass proggy electro... funktion1 never sounded better these guys are definitely not to be missed. my only regret was that i was out in the parking lot waiting for aaa to get my keys out of the car when they opened up with night falls

also checked out the 'aftershade' underground afterparty at 58 tamaha. i believe dj seven was spinning when i got there. it was so dark and crowded i never saw booka shade, but they had a nice sound system and seven was bangin it out
