Delikate Imposters - Autobahn/Wisen Boden [Morrison Recordings] OUT NOW!

Having originated from Russia and now currently residing in the United States, Rost and Oleg were tracing the steps of others to find their own. Since 1997 they have spent many hours collecting software, messing with hissing samples, and playing events in nightclubs. In 2001 Rost and Oleg were introduced to electronic music and this was the catalyst which made them create the project of Delikate Imposters one year later. Today they are most known for their warm and deep emotionally involved productions, which are being supported on dancefloors and radio stations all over the world. With support from the likes of Sasha, John Digweed, Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, and many great others, this further confirms their position on the dance music scene. Producing and releasing original material and remixes through labels such as Release Records, Aurium, and SOG, ranging from deep progressive to breakbeats, Delikate Imposters continues to further hone in on their sound. This release from them showcases them in their finest, with Autobahn being a hypnotic melodic enterprise, reminiscent of the old school trance days, while Wisen Boden is a mellow breakbeat with a metallic stab that faintly calls in and out overtop a warm baseline. Rost and Oleg produce really unique pieces of their work, and be sure to check out their website for further information concerning themselves.

"A studio environment is there to be exploited. I don't really hold with these 'all live on 2 decks mixes'. If you want that, go to the gig." - Ben Watt

Both tracks are quite good, quality release. I think I prefer Autobahn though, really driving track.
