ATT: People with Xone 92 and EFX-500
Ok, I've connected my EFX-500 to my Xone92 into one of the channels and using the xfader as the wet and dry for the effect.
Only thing is that I was accidently applying the effect to the wrong channel or I'd leave the effect on etc.
So, how do you guys use this method of connecting the efx unit to the mixer?
I was leaving my Aux levels at MAX and just assigning the CDJ's channels to the xfader only when I wanted to apply an effect. and then adjusting the effect level by using the Effect Out Level on the EFX-500.
Do you turn the effect off at the unit when not in use or do you just kill the channel with the fader?
Is there is a simpler way of doing this or not? Or will it all just come naturally over time?
I know that this post might not make sense, but hopefully someone with the same setup will know what I mean....
