Hey TAs!
I have a question that i hope can be answered. I used to use the trial version of fruity loops and I liked how it was set up. I went out and bought the full version (3.11) and it's set up completely different!!! Is there anyway to set up the full version so that the step sequencer actually shows a smaller version of the piano roll?

I know it's kinda hard to explain but in the trial version, if you programmed something in the piano roll, it would then show up in the step sequencer. Now it won't!!! any ideas on how to fix this problem ????

To reduce the size of the piano roll hold the mouse pointer over the edge of the piano roll window and drag it to a smaller size. Hope this helps.

Shit! didn't finish reading your post!! That shouldnt happen? I have 3.1 and it always shows the small piano roll in the step sequencer. Try uninstalling and re-installing.

The piano roll only doesn't show up when you have something in the step sequencer.

Edith yeah, when i said "the actual bought version" I meant a copy from my friend that most likely just got it off the net.
