on the Dock's website. The site claims that is the new restaurant and patio- Cabana. However when I saved the pic to my pc it says nikki beach
it looks too good to be true! so who's been to nikki? does it look like this? or some insider info would be better! are there any employees from dock's on TA? have you seen Cabana lol

-volume had to be turned down last summer really low-imo
-there was a curfew and music had to stop at 10pm
-the last south beach party was inside
it seems it will depend on how much noise the islanders will make
However, the panel ordered a new hearing before the Alcohol and Gaming Commission, meaning the club's licence could still be revoked. The hearing will likely take place later this year.
what a buncha BS. south beach sundays will never be the same.
The picture is Nikki beach , it was posted by marketing as there is no finished pictures of cabana as it is still being built.
I have seen the visualisations and the pic is very similar to the final design.

not the set up i saw at nikki beach but it's pretty versatile there so it could change from week to week.
