sorry if the title is misleading, it's not a collaboration, but i wanted to ask for opinions about two tracks (i'm mainly inquiring about the the latter track though) i figured i'd just ask about both tracks in one thread instead of taking up "space" and making two threads. these tracks are obviously not new...

a) solar stone - eastern sea (martin roth remix)
b) t4l - perfect blend/blind

as for eastern sea, i truly think this track is a piece of art. it may sound abrasive to some but it just works very well with the harder parts of the song and then the calmer part. i have so many imageries for this song, but i'll leave that alone right now. i definitely have been listening to it for a while and i still love it.

as for the t4l track, i like it but i have never heard anyone talk about it.

this is one of my fav remix by Martin Roth. I have this on the George Acosta mix compilation from last year. MR can make good remix.

I don't like it. The Martin Roth bassline just seems a little played out and borderline cheese. He's not like David West who also has a defining style to his productions except that he stretches and molds them in many different ways and don't sound the same in terms of structure.

Now the second track you mentioned is quite the gem. I love this track and for me it is T4L's best track. Their other work doesn't come close.
