DJ Scot Project is Germany's king of NRG and hard trance. At thirteen his brother was already teaching him how to play on the decks. By 1988 he was into acid and house and was a resident at several clubs in and around Frankfurt. As an integral part of the German dance scene, DJ Scot Project has pushed his own unique sound in directions most fear to tread whilst blasting dance floors worldwide, including those at the Love Parade, Gatecrasher and the infamous Volcano Rave. Although famous for his enormously successful remixes of 'Thunder in Paradise', 'The Second Trip', 'Modem', 'Fire Wire' and 'Derb', DJ Scot Project (a.k.a. Arome) is perhaps best known for his own hard trance anthems, having started to produce in 1992 with his debut, 'X'. Then followed the hit 'U (I Got A Feeling)' and, 'F (Future Is Now)' and his latest 'O (Overdrive)', all on the Overdose label from his native Germany. He has also enjoyed major releases on the Tracid Traxxx, Suck Me Plasma and Kontor labels.
