I got an M304, which I think is very similar but when it arrived with the courier from the shop one of the gain knobs didn't work so i sent it back and they replaced it with a Vestax VMC 004 FX (rather nice of them) but I did play around with the M304 a little before i sent it back, it seemed like a nice mixer, it looks nice at least, the issue I had with it, though I just might not have noticed how since it was ex display and came without a manual and I only had it for a few hours, was the middle channel on it, being a three channel mixer wasn't assignable to a side of the cross fader so it needed to be volume faded down or up according to how much of that you wanted in your mix. this might be the case with all three channel mixers as I have never used another three channel but it annoyed me though with the VMC I can assign each channel to a side of the cross fader which i find really handy. You might want to check that out before you buy.
