Your over-thinking this. Something that started out as a minor setback has now become something your thinking about everytime you get around to having sex with this girl. You associate the pending sex with thoughts of your previous failure(s), which is causing you to go flacid.

The first time was most probably nerves, and it's something that's developed from there.
