Converting from APE to WAV

I got this ape file and it also has a cue, a lossless format but I need to convert it wav. Problem is that it is a cd image over 200MB in size. I need to cut it up into actual traacks. I have WAV converter so when I convert it to WAV, it's still one file with many tracks in it. So how would I cut it into actual 5 tracks that are in it. Now I have both wav and ape file
