Check out Windspiel, which can be found on Beatport. They produce Ibiza inspired chill music, very beautiful and extremely relaxing.
Ulrich Schnauss is one of the best ambient/downtempo producers, but his music tends to be quite uplifting and uses a slightly faster tempo and beats in his tracks. But still quite chill. A mix of dark and light, dreamy and ethereal, but in a cerebral and introspective way.
Amethystium is another one to check out. His music is even more uplifting and melodic than Ulrich Schnauss, and his use of melody is second to none. A bit new agey, but nothing too fluffy. It is also a mix of dark and light, dreamy and ethereal like Ulrich Schnauss, but to me..he takes it to the next level in a mystical and fantastical way.
