FAO: Indians ---- Topic: Swaraj

After hearing about it in a lecture, I decided to look for more info and eventually read the article about it on Wikipedia. However, there are two things I can't find anywhere:

1) Is "Swaraj" a Hindi word?
2) How can I write it in devanāgarī letters?
3) What's the stressed syllable?

Thanks

Swaraj = self rule.

Swa = self

Raj = rule.

This word was used often during the british rule by the indian freedom fighters. I dont have access to writing devnagri script right now. Swaraj is derived from Sanskrit and is used in quite a few indian languages, i guess. But you can also say that it's a hindi word.
