yes i got those sample packs already! But it seems the kicks are the problem. Any drum synth then? preferrably free?

tr-808 it isnt free but its worth every penny

this way you'll learn how to make a kick...because really theres no reason you can't make a psy kick with whatever sample packs you have, and kontakt or ableton or wtvr the fuck computer shit. but if a computer isnt doing it for you...

So you mean the original rolands drummachine? Hmm. I feel they tend to be a little too expensive (for what they do) for me. But I know how the kicks are made, but I am so lazy?

a) Have a read of this psy-kick drum tutorial done by Erez of Infected Mushroom.

b) Have a look at this thread on IsraTrance for all you need to know about psy-kick drums.

c) Have a search on the IsraTrance forums and download the sample pack of psy-kick drums contributed to by members of the forum.
