delay plug-in that works in milliseconds

what i want is really simple..

I'm looking for a Delay plug-in that allows me to type in the exact amount of time in milliseconds (or using knobs) example "30ms".

a very simple plug in that shows the length of delay in "ms" example "15ms" with NO separate left and right channel. Also with a simple "input pan knob" so i could pan the delay.

basically i want to fatten my sounds and i'm working with specific milliseconds for each sound and i can't really use my regular delays for that..

is there such a plug in? or the solution is to go hardware?\

can anyone help me out?

cheers!

Not a delay effect, but a delay nonetheless:

Probably more what you're looking for:

Classic Delay? http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com/classic-delay.php
No input for the ms, but you can pretty much dial it in,
don't know how precise you want it. Has an input pan knob.
So basically meets your requirements.

Or have a look at GDelay http://www.gvst.co.uk/gdelay.htm
Pretty much the same as Classic filter but lacks the input pan knob. You can type in the exact ms though.
Good luck!

Edit: I assumed you were looking for a free one.

Lucky me Logic has exactly this built-in, I use it a lot and sounds phat and nice (just beware of the mono compability)...

I thought Abletons delays had that feature and i just assumed that most delays would as well. But when no one seemed to say this, I thought I must be misunderstanding the question.

the filter delay and simple delay do (well the simple delay lets you control what kind of delay you want in sync or in miliseconds for each L+R but can't control how much) but with the pingpong delay you'll need the utility plug

I'm using FL7..FL comes with 3 delays (dealy, delay 2 and delay bank). although these are great, they don't have the ms option. I have the wave bundle as well but even wave doesn't go below 50ms..

delay2 has delay in ms, it doesn't go below 10ms though. but that's enough for me atleast. any less and there's basicly no delay at all.
