Kollektiv Turmstrasse "Abenteuer Alltag EP" [Diynamic Music]

Tracklisting:
A1 Eskapade
B1 Milieu
B2 Wagnis

Any thoughts on this release? I love the sound of "Wagnis" (good work on the basslines and percussion), "Milieu" is okay too. "Eskapade" sounded kind of cheesy though.

I can't help but think of a couple recent bandwagons when I hear these. It's not bad, and the first thing that jumps to mind is "transitions 4," but still kinda disappointing, based on their past few. definitely lacking that same sort of grit or edge.

I'm definitely with you on the whole bandwagon thing and associations with the "Transitions". Milieu and Eskapade do lack edge. The way synths build up in Milieu reminded me a lot of the last track on Transitions 2 (don't remember the name). Wagnis can be considered as a bandwagon track as well, but I just cannot resist the way it sounds, so addicting

Agreed!

Wagnis is acceptable though
