I don't know why but the vocals (to me, it sounds like) are from Chicane - Lost you Somewhere (Heliotropic Mix)

hmm, i dont hear any "vocals" in the track, but i do hear that swirling kinda echo in the beginning you speak of, but i havent heard of any new mixes to the track, so in my opinion, im going to say thats not right

any other ideas? cuz im all out lol
