going thru bus/plugs on master?

I think it is because ur master output is above zero (-6db)

If ur master output is put very low, the track bounced will be on low volume vica versa.

If you forget to turn off mastering plugins, which tend to make things a bit louder, then bounce, then you'll play your audio file back through the plugins again, doubling the effect
