i went into gamestop today determined to get either call of duty 4 or assassins creed for ps3 based off of a coinflip, but noticed they were selling uncharted drake's fortune early! certain stores have been selling it early... http://www.ps3fanboy.com/2007/11/15...etailers-early/

i wasn't sure if my gamestop would be selling it since it's not a very popular one in the area, but i turned out lucky... i'll give my impressions of it most likely tomorrow after playing it a bit

Played the demo...WOW.

Blown away, this is a quality title.

Ok, I'm about 2 hours into it and I am pretty blown away by the whole game. It honestly feels like you are in control of some movie star in an action movie... the best comparison I would think being like a young Indiana Jones movie. The character controls are pretty intuitive and you can pretty much jump/hang/climb on anything that is within jumping distance.

The first few minutes of the game you're immediately thrown into a high-paced shootout with some pirates in the middle of the ocean, but then after that you are mainly exploring areas for about a good half hour to 45 minutes with no shootouts. That may sound boring but in all actuality it really is not, because I think it helps you become more acclimated with the controls.

So far, I would give this game a 9/10, but it's too early to tell.
