No clubbers, all the clubs are closed. Just locals and vacationers looking to get away.

well that's not 100% true.
Pacha is open every weekend throughout the year and brings in known djs....i think one of the big clubs in San An is as well.
some clubs like Amnesia open up for NYE/NY day parties...
but yes in general from mid-oct to early-may its much quieter there....
