are there any convienient programs to beat match audio samples (specifically for alligning vocals to the mix)

use warp in live/cubase
or cut + stretch in sonar or reaper... or any other daw.

I don't think you will find any software that will find the bpm of a track very well. Go to mixshare or something to find the bpm if you can't tap it out.
