Nice review link.
If you are going the Torq route, then the Xponent has everything you need in one package. It includes your audio interface (so you don't need the Conectiv), Torq, and the MIDI controller all premapped out for you. Plug and play.
If you are going the Traktor route, look at Native Instruments Audio8 DJ soundcard. It's the same unit provided with the Traktor Scratch package (their digital vinyl package), but it's available separately for other uses. Has 8 ins, 8 outs, mic input, headphone pre-amp, perfect for DJ use.
Actually right now if you purchase Traktor Scratch (even though you don't want decks and a DVS), you get the full version of Traktor 3.3 for free (until Dec 31st). So you'd have a great soundcard, Traktor 3.3, and DVS support if you ever needed it for about $500 USD... which is what the Audio8 DJ + Traktor 3.3 would cost you anyway, and you get DVS support for free.
For MIDI control, the Behringer is apparently on the cheapo side. The Vestax VCI-100 is very nice, but of course this whole setup will cost around $1000 + laptop, but it's more "pro" than the Xponent I would say and opens you up to using different software and hardware options in the future.
