Need commercial music recommendations
I am helping my friends in uni, and i have to play music at the xmas party next week.
i dont listen to anything that the radio plays, and my choice of music wont be good on average people's ears.
i am looking for recommendations /compilations to get and play through the night.
it doesnt need to be dance music but it would be preferred of course.
thanks a lot.
its in the uk, so i dont think soulja boi will cut it here :P

If they like umbrella and all that shit, get some remixes of some popular tracks. That might do it.
The Haji & Emanuel mix of Umbrella is actually awesome.
Just check out the tracklists of the latest NOW cds, watch a bit of mtv etc then just play that.

Why should he? The track is shit.
Like was said, try to get your hands on some of the newer NOW CDs, throw in some 80s/90s mainstays ("Girls Just Wanna Have Fun", "Macarena", "Love Shack", etc), then use remixes of Top40 stuff in between.
Or hire a Top40 jock that will be able to handle the event.
Either way, have fun with it, and don't forget to take a ______

Yeah, there are plenty of attention-needing producers out there who remixes pop music like Britney & co.
