Artists: Highly respected German hard trance duo Dumonde aka Jam X and De Leon have decided to part ways ahead of their album release Dumonde: A Decade. Read on for a full press statement from the guys...
It what is a sad moment for us we have decided to call an end to DuMonde. We could quote artistic differences, different directions, solo productions but we will spare you all the clichés.
We spent ten years at the top with DuMonde. With the Album A Decade we captured and highlighted a chapter in our joint career and have decided to make it a closure point for us. We feel that this makes a natural break, drawing a line under the success we achieved as one of the most respected trance acts on the scene. Gun due for release this month will be our final joint production as DuMonde, a track that is a strong and fitting end to a great ten years.
For 2008, both JamX and De Leon have a number of individual projects lined up. Some of the new solo works will embrace the feel of what has been done in the past while others will be moving in completely new and fresh directions.
We would like to thank all of you who supported us over the last ten years, our loyal fans, the DJs and producers we worked with and now we are going to go into clichés, friends, family etc, but seriously to all of you, thanks we couldn’t have done it without you.
We hope you will enjoy the future with us as we embark on our solo projects and look forward to your continued support.

Naja, okey... war abzusehen, in letzten Releases hatten meiner Meinung nach 0 Klasse... wohingegen ich die alten Releases nahezu ausnahmelos bombastisch finde...
Es gab seiner Zeit nix, das dermaßen Energiegeladen war...

Um Cosmic Gate war es ja auch ne Zeitlang sehr sehr ruhig... und inzwischen gibt's wieder cooles.

So cool find ich die derzeit auch nicht ... Der alte Style a la "4 Strings - Diving (Cosmic Gate Remix)" gefiel mir deutlich besser.

Dj Jurgen - Better off alone im DuMonde mix war für mich immer der Knaller im Heizhouse (R.I.P.). Danach konnt ich eigentlich nach haus fahren, weil mehr ging nicht

ich glaube mit dem Set von den Docks am NYE, damit kann man wirklich seinen Frieden für Dumonde finden..auch wenn es nich dafür geplant war..ein besseres Abschiedsset hätten sie glaub ich gar nicht bringen können.
DuMonde löst sich auf
