I'm trying to keep up with the trend Trance is undergoing atm in the Netherlands, I really love how it sounds nowadays.. please keep this in mind. I've got the modern kick, and I hope a good lead sound!

I dont know about the start of it but at 0:53 it gets good. The lead sounds pretty good. That bass or whatever that comes in at 1:24 doesnt fix well imo. Arrangement needs to be worked on. Keep Pounding away at it, has lots of potential!

good track.. sounds done to me you have a into, bridge, breakdown and chorus just copy that and repeat add outro and your done.

If it were my track I would make the intro from 0-28sec then hit in with just the bass and kick that you have at 56sec then have your bass come in and bam your in the track. after that start adding your sounds, hat, clap, lead flute every 4 bars, build up the momentum. Don't start with the lead flute then leave it then go back to it.

I think it sounds best as a nrg track, dark. I don't like the bass line melody, it sounds all over the place change it or keep it simple two notes or just one with the flute mel over the top. The breakdown is the best part its sounds done. just let that chorus play with your new lead for a few bars then back to the bass and kick and repeat the whole thing.

my two cents

Hey Takkra! I think the lead sounds pretty cool, a bit game feeling! An idea were to try to keep the same lead melody but let it goes to lower pitch later in the track. Maybe that would be nice. Keep experiment with it!

First Tip:
If you get a hard time with a song PUT IT DOWN
Just create another song and after you got a new idea
Then get back to the old song
You out of the sound then for a while and will have CLEAN EARS
That should get you some fresh inspiration
I already have 10 albums in track ideas because of this
When my inspiration level is low i just finish old ideas into songs

Opinionwise about the song:
I would put a PSY kick on it
I use that reese base a lot too that starts at 0;56
And if you use a psy kick then the baseline becomes more powerfull
Imo the baseline can be a lil louder aswell
Then you realy start to feel the sound on your chest

I dont like the lead from 2;19 but thats opinion
For my feeling that sound is much too agressive compared to the other sounds
But thats just the way that i produce myself
I make harder trax aswell even gabba
But this song sounds more like an uplifting trance song to me
So i would make a peacefull melody on it
With sweet sounds instead of using such a hard style lead
ZETA bank02 099 Piccoto technolead [m w] as an example
options/disable arpegiator
And then use the high tones of that sound
If you want to get a dimples feeling just open up the CUTTOFF

I dont use and have never realy used fruityloops
But on logic audio you can do track automation
Then you draw a line to give commands to turn the buttons
That way you can bring the sound to live
I think this song would be much better with a dreamey vibe
Instead of the german styled hard lead [Tunnel Trance]
Because it sounds more like german hardtrance to me than dutch jump
And the rest of the song has too much sole to be jump aswell
Jump is real basic music realy not many sounds in there

You already have several melodies running together who make the song what it is
So i wouldnt degrade the feeling that comes from the music
By using that agressive lead after the break
I also use agressive sounds in my productions
But then most of the song has a more nrgetic sound so then it fits
Now the founding of your song sounds more like one of my songs
At least the basics, groundwork is the same
Might be a good idea to listen to my trax
It might give you some inspiration with your own song arrangementwise
Check the break of Inner Strenght as an example
Thats also an hard style lead
But i use it in such a way that it works fine in a peacefull arrangement
Not much agression in that feeling

Mental dillusion is with some higher stronger sounds
But the whole song is more technoish
So then it fits
Now that lead does not fit cos your groundwork is not hard styled

I hope you understand what i mean and think its usefull, cheers
