3 eggs
1 finely chopped jalapeño
Ranch
cheese
salt
blend the eggs with chopped jalapeño, ranch and salt. Put the mixture in a frying pan. Put some cheese on top. Wait till bottom side is cooked. Flip and cook for a couple more minutes. Make 2 sandwiches and eat

Yeah - you have to make the potatoes first which can be a bit more time consuming, but it's totally worth it.
They used to make it at my favorite restaurant in Stevens Point, far better than I have ever managed to emulate.
If you try it, just make sure you get good, thick bacon.
