I love how you fools have never been in the seat of power are passing judgement. You don't understand the time schedule they have. There is no room for sleep. President Cheney was caught sleeping during a meeting and so was senior President Bush and Reagan. Basically they have to remain alert for the majority of the day and when they have weak moments like this they tend to dose off. It is similar to having a cup of caffine and then when the caffine wears off you are more tired then before.
