Off trance BUT what happend to De-Lite? (remember Groove is in the heart) the DJ/Producer was a russian.

PPK basically had a "one-hit wonder" (Resurrection), which wasn't even theirs (they stole the melody from a Russian movie), they're not good at much else.

Ruki Vverh used to be okay but it now sucks balls

The best Russian EuroDance/Trance group is 'Russki Razmer', IMHO.
