I know a lot of you on here do website programming & whatnot...
I am trying to make a very professional website that will need to be dynamic and store many files as well... If any of you cor3ians would be willing to help in this task please contact me privately and if you have what I need I will be willing to pay.
I would suggest that you learn yourself it is very easy just download adobe dreamweaver and get a good hosting provider like servage and setup a PPH/MySQL testing server and your off. Getting people to build dynamic sites will charge you a lot of money and making changes or supporting it is always an issue

Like Rostros said you will waste a shit load of money to get someone else to make a site for you. Look for tutorials and familiarize yourself with the programing language
