There are also a lot of psy trance events organised in beautiful outdoor nature setting.. these are not basically annual per se.. but more around solar or lunar eclipse events and stuff..

Like I remember last time when there was solar eclipse in EU.. there was this superb big event organised in rural turkey on the banks of some local lake.. GMS, KALI.. Mistral.. and hell lot of other big names were there all for event which spread 3 days.
